Meet Zaire King

He is a 16-years of age and is a self taught guitarist since the age of 11, coming from your local area of Upland, Ca. Inspired by the greatnesses of Christian Scott, George Benson, Norman Brown, Wes Montgomery, Yussef Dayes, and fellow lefty, Jimi Hendrix. Zaire King wrote, composed, played every instrument, and copywrote/published his first album titled, “No Strings Attached” on Apple Music at the age of 14 during the pandemic. Zaire is currently working on a jazz album.

Zaire is now a sophomore at CSARTS—California School of the Arts in Duarte and is wildly passionate about spreading his love of Jazz music to the world. Zaire plans to progress the movement of jazz music and be instrumental with our youth to preserve the jazz music culture, the music of African-American peoples.

Zaire is a 2 time President’s Award winner for academics and is the recipient of the Young and Hungry NOW Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Zaire King plans to pursue higher education, with a focus and emphasis on his love…music.
